Job Description
• Respond to questions drawing on the knowledge base to support the response
• Triage requests and apply the most appropriate course of action based on the degree of difficulty of the question
• Provide well composed, spelling & grammatically correct email and chat responses
• Assess whether a problem could be solved quicker or better meet the needs of the customer by making an outbound voice call
• Direct Integrator, Data service, Complaints, Feature Requests and Product Investigations to the correct channels
You will be required to use the following applications:
• Slack
• Zoom.us
• Google Suite, eg Drive, Calendars, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms etc.
• Zendesk
• PropertyMe Experience is a must (Real Estate BPO for 1+ years)
• PropertyMe mobile App’s

Qualifications And Requirements:
• PropertyMe Experience is a must (Real Estate BPO for 1+ years)
• Education or experience in a related field
• Must be a self-starter, the ability to dig in and solve problems
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication
