CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR TELCO ACCOUNT


The Job Entails:

* Care-Collections Hybrid

* Tier 2– Non Technical

* Account Services – Handles account cancellation requests

* Providing and receiving information regarding billing concerns

* Setting up payment arrangements for customers

* Processing customer orders and requests

* Handling miscellaneous customer service and general information calls

* Handling basic troubleshooting to device and network issues

* Upselling of products and services

* Handling of customer complaints and escalations

* Handling account cancellations and retentions


MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS:


  • Open to applicants 18 years old and above
  • At least a High School or Senior High School Graduate.
  • With at least 6 months Customer-Facing Experience (BPO/Call Center preferred, but not required)
  • With good English communication skills
  • Willing to work shifting schedules (day/mid/night shifts, working weekends and holidays, rendering OT as needed)
  • Willing to work on-site at our SM Cyberwest site.
  • With good computer (navigation and typing) skills
