Customer Experience Agent

Education:
- Candidate must be at least a Senior High/Vocational graduate or at least college level (2 years undergraduate is accepted)
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience in customer service or with related work experience (if new hire)
- BPO experience is an advantage.
Business Understanding:
- Knowledge in efficiently responding to external customers via voice and non-voice channels in adherence to agreed business standards/metrics.
Technical Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be able to type at least 30 wpm.
- Average verbal and written communication skills.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Responds to customer queries, complaints, issues, and concerns via voice and non-voice channels by the set targets and objectives.
- Documents and reports of all transactions transpired daily
- Administers after-sales requests from the customer.
- Applies technical knowledge and procedures in addressing customer concerns.
- Coordinates with other departments if needed.
- Meets and exceeds personal/team KPIs.
