  • Candidate must be at least a Senior High/Vocational graduate or at least college level (2 years undergraduate is accepted)

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience in customer service or with related work experience (if new hire)
  • BPO experience is an advantage.

Business Understanding:

  • Knowledge in efficiently responding to external customers via voice and non-voice channels in adherence to agreed business standards/metrics.

Technical Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office. 
  • Must be able to type at least 30 wpm.
  • Average verbal and written communication skills.


  • Responds to customer queries, complaints, issues, and concerns via voice and non-voice channels by the set targets and objectives.
  • Documents and reports of all transactions transpired daily
  • Administers after-sales requests from the customer.
  • Applies technical knowledge and procedures in addressing customer concerns.
  • Coordinates with other departments if needed.
  • Meets and exceeds personal/team KPIs.
