Job Summary:

Responsible for the Scrum Development Management Candidates; V2 App Development management, Development Developers; V2 App Development and Validation.

Responsibilities:

• Submits project status reports to Immediate Superior
• Coordinates, monitors, and measures progress of assigned project
• Applies KAIZEN for improvement of quality, productivity, and delivery for assigned projects
• Ensures application of DANTOTSU principles for assigned activities and tasks
• Trains and coaches new members to ensure that they meet the standards required of the job

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree for any Computer or IT related courses
• More than 2 years experience in related field
• Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Certificate (N4) is an advantage
• Knowledge or experience in Open System
• Understand Scrum-Development, JIRA and Confluence
• Understand File Configuration Management by Gitlab(Git)
• Understand Coding rule of Python/JavaScript(Python PEP8)
