The core mission of the Group Sales Manager (GSM) is to hit the group sales target through the strategic development of channels including distribution partners. He/she is responsible in brand penetration through successful pipelining of new products and the range expansion of existing customers.

In Dragon Edge Group, your mission includes:

• Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships

• Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis

• Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs

• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

• Lead the team in big leap of Sales Target Improvement

To be considered for the post, aspiring candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any Business-related courses.

• Experience gained from an FMCG company is an advantage.

• 5+ years' relevant work experience as a National Sales Manager

• Experience managing a high-performance sales team

• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Business Savvy with strong Analytical skills
