JOB SUMMARY AND MISSION

This job contributes to Rustan Coffee’s success by carrying out the audit plan on specific audit assignments and specific projects, with the objective of evaluating and recommending improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of control and risk management.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides input to and works closely with the Sr. Audit Analyst and/ or Audit Manager in planning and scheduling the Audit
• Develops an engagement plan, in coordination with the Sr. Audit Analyst and/ or Audit Manager, indicating phases and timing of the Audit work, staffing requirements and work allocation
• Prepares the Audit work Program/Risk Control Matrix in accordance with the agreed Audit objective and scope
• Executes the Audit procedures outlined in the Audit Work Program/Risk Control Matrix
• Analyses existing business processes and identifies business risk, control weaknesses and areas for improvement
• Communicates Audit results to concerned personnel and departments
• Prepares and/or reviews Audit reports
• Conducts periodic follow up on the implementation of Audit recommendations
• Performs adhoc advisory review projects

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed the Board/Professional License Exam) in Accountancy
• 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• With experience in a Big 4 auditing firm (external audit, internal audit or IT audit)
• Proficient in Audit Report Writing and Audit Presentation
• Proficient in Data Analytics – use of MS Excel and/or data analytics tool
• CIA or CISA (Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Information Systems Auditor) is a plus
