What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Advisory and support services for clients concerning the order process.
- Styling, shopping, and selection of key-pieces of the current season up to the completion of whole looks.
- Close cooperation with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments
Who are we looking for?
- Completed at-least 2 years in college.
- Preferably with at-least 6 months of customer service experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean (Hangul).
- Dayshift but must also be amenable to work rotating shifts.
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
